Hey everyone,
New owner to a 2 door Black Diamond here, and I'm looking to get some new wheels and tires. High gas prices are a real thing these days so I'm trying to keep the unsprung wheel/tire weight similar to stock weights.
Anyone have experience with the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires in B load rating? I've never ran a tire with B rating, only C. This is my daily driver, so lots of city and highway driving during the week, with some weekend trail, camping, and off road park fun.
Any thoughts on this tire (and B load rating) vs any of the other popular choice such as KO2/Nittos/Coopers? Hoping to keep the tire weight under 50lbs for 285/70/17.
Thanks!
