This kit seems like it has the best quality and most flexible system available, There is also no drilling required just pull back the plastic on the front section and bolt it in to the existing mounts in the front and existing mounts above in the rear. It uses the grid system by Adapt-A-Panel, and you can use grid inserts to bolt all sorts of gear to the panel like any normal MOLLE type accessories.

Heres some pics, and a video. Let me know your thoughts!

I think it would be great for someone who wants to bolt alot of gadgets above there heads or between the driver and the passenger. It also looks nice my only worry would be all of the sharp edges if god forbid someone got in a bad accident, The overall strength and the possibility of rattle or hum when the center loosens from the crossbar or sides.
Overall looks like a nice piece

It's too big for me for a simple radio or two, but it looks well built.

Why do you want to mount a cable tray to the top of your Bronco? Kind of defeats the purpose of having the top off open air feeling.

I think for the price it is not realistic. For a few hundred more you can get BAMFs topless roof rack that you can mount anything to and also add functionality to the bronco by giving you a platform for hauling pretty much anything.

These are all thoughts an opinions... careful what you ask for.

My opinion is that it would make sense if you showed it with a useful purpose vs leaving the consumer to their imagination.

Saying "mount stuff here" when you could have easily put a med kit, a snack bag, or if you were really a salesman....

But this is also why every engineer needs a leadership team.

You could use it to do a three camera setup for recording. Outside of that and radios, I can't think of ever wanting to mount something up around my head.

I think it’s ugly as hell. Storage is indeed limited in the Bronco but I don’t need anything even close to that.

I like the concept. But you get nickel and dimed to death for the adapt-a-panel inserts. They go for $25-$30 each and sometimes you'll need more than one to mount something unless you just pass straps though the holes. Then you might as well have a molle panel.

Personally, I don’t make decisions by committee, especially on aesthetics. A number of companies make similar setups. If you’ve looked around, landed on this one and it fits your needs, why not?

Take care.
