So since the tie rod seems to be a weak point, I was looking into options to reinforce them down the road. I hadn’t seen a list yet so figured I would throw one together of the available options. I’m sure I’ve missed some, but this is what I’ve found so far.

Full disclosure: I don’t really have a frame of reference for the pros and cons to any of these as I’m pretty new to all this. Feel free to add to the list with other options and discuss these options as there’s a wide price delta between the cheaper options and the more expensive ones.

Pros.
Pros for kid choas(I have) and bronc buster is no disassembly required to install.
keeps your tie rods from bending which is when they break.

cons:
The sleeve type you have to remove the outer tie rod to install.

It’s possible to transfer the forces to the steering rack and break something there.

Maybe for quick ref...and historic sake...you should add the prices to you list. With covid/bronco tax...it would be interesting for future lookup what they are presently.

Level up $70
Jks $55
RC $45
Kid $250
BroncoBuster $400

JKS Sleeves here, no issues.
However, the Kid chaos splint looks to not be a bad idea for the price either.

The OP needs to list the REAL steering fix !!! Not the list of band aids available....

Here it is folks the HOSS 3.0 Steering Ford Performance steering rack and HD tie rods. And here's the part number for the complete kit. Mine is getting installed tomorrow morning.

Would love to see final result and breakdown of cost. Thanks for sharing this! Been wanting to upgrade our Wildtrak with this.
