Tips for fixing/protecting scrapes on roll bar?

As I was putting the replacement IAG brackets on for the EZ lift top system I noticed some scrapes towards the back of the roll bars. They are small but through the paint to bare metal.

what would be the best way to protect this from rusting/further problems?
Paint kits/repair kit/protective clear?

I’m looking for help on this too. My roll bars are scratched from the IAG brackets. Would PPF film protect them?

Put felt tabs on the top frame at al points that may rub

Would this help prevent rust at the scratch that is already there?
Or would I need to paint over it and then do this?
I installed the IAG “fix” and there is no more rubbing. So no more/new scratches since new brackets installed.

yes, it will help prevent rust.
I have the new IAG struts and believe me, you still want this on. It's hard not to nick the roll bars because it's somewhat flexible.
IAG has roll bar PPFS as well as Underground Graphics.
I got mine from VIP. I liked the shape better.

I put door seal trim on the inside rails of the top Then I just put stickers on the roll bar where they usually scratch. The. Throw a micro fiber towel on the cap rails. But mine hangs in the garage so I have to drive back under it to park. So I just have to stay centered, and the caps a straight drop down.

Have to zoom in to see it, I got red to match the truck. I have nicer straps now for it. But that’s where the cap stays when off. Easy to line up with 1 person because you have to drop each corner separate
