Be careful with this thread. Someone is bound to get upset that this isn't a true representation of an actual tire cover for a Bronco.

That's a first gen. Liberty - you can tell by the rear-mounted gas tank sticking out from behind the bumper. The crochet cover serves as a wick for the rear-end collision fire. This picture was before the forced recall as they don't have the tow package. Jeep's solution to the known fire hazard was to provide extra armament to protect the gas tank in the form of a tow hitch. Of course, that only served to provide a cleaner puncture to the tank in the event of a rear end collision. Jeep doing Jeep things.
