Tonneau Cover

Does anyone have the Ford Tonnea (as they spell it) cover? It looks like it buckles down on the exterior. My Jeep Patriot had one where the housing hooked into the interior sides. The cover would then roll out and hook into the sides as well.

I'm looking for some pictures to see exactly what Ford sends when you order it and how it operates.

i really liked it when I first saw pics of it but then I noticed that you see the straps on the outside of the vehicle than hated it hopefully someone can come out with one with a cleaner look

I have one, I do not like it. Only usable with top completely removed

Can only use with top off. I like the look but not the functionality.

I ordered the tonneau cover and then returned it because it could only be used with the top completely removed. I want to remove the rear windows but leave the top on and keep rain and people out of the rear. Hopefully the after market comes out with something.

I think I know the answer, but will the tailgate open when the straps are attached? If not, how easy are they to unhook?

Im wanting something similar but it needs to be able to be mounted under the soft top to block the view of my cargo area

Tailgate cannot open with straps attached. I had considered it until I saw that disfunctionality. I did not even realize the roof has to come completely off to use it.

Mabett has one that surmounts both of these issues, works with roof on and tailgate can open.

There are also some rigid panel versions from others
