LOL, like I said in the other thread...My base Base is moving right to the top of the production schedule.

Probably be the 7001st Bronco, right after all the FE's!

LOL :D 🤪

Ok considering 66% converted and there were 7000 First Editions. Let’s say only 6000 of those converted. Now with this news, how many will not get First Edition with MIC ? So what happens to the “extra” first editions? Do they go to the dealer with MIC ?

This is probably one way Ford does not fulfill the 7K FE production number. Who really thinks 7000 people ordered an FE?

So change to MIC, (MAYBE) take delivery in '21 take $1000, apply $1000 to Shadow-Black MOD top when available?...

I don't even know at this point.
I am switching to the MIC, and using the $1000 to buy a soft top

I'm sticking with my original order for a couple of simple reasons.

1. I can wait (it's just a truck for pete's sake)
2. Ordering/shipping the top by itself is going to be EXPENSIVE and probably not happen until 2023.

As someone who builds/modify's cars I can't tell you how many times I think "oh I'll get that large body part shipped" and the shipping ends up being the same price or more than the part itself. I can't imagine how much it'll cost to ship an entire top idc how many parts it might break into.

(I'm gonna go cry in the corner now because 2022)

All the First Editions will be built. Any not built for a specific person will go to the regions where they will be awarded to dealers to sell as stock.

No- those with first edition orders in can change to MIC or wait till 2022. Or they could cancel their order outright. My hunch is that they would not cancel and would choose to do one of the two options available....so no "extra" editions.

So this delay only applies to hard top orders? Right?
What do you mean?

Modular hard top and Dual Tops (either hard top + soft top) are MY22 only.

Just the MIC top *or* just the soft top* are good to go for MY21

*factory soft top only available on 4-door
