What are the odds Ford has power for this under the dash and you just need the hole. ?
It's plausible, depending how Ford separates wiring harnesses ??

My Flex had the connector for the fridge despite being Canada-only.

It's plausible, depending how Ford separates wiring harnesses ??

My Flex had the connector for the fridge despite being Canada-only.
Isuzu had the wiring for heated mirrors built in. You just needed to swap out the mirrors and the switch.

Pretty high, I bet you need to cut a hole, find the wire and add the connector.
It would be even better if the hole was already there but filled with a plug for non-lux versions. Seems like it would be more simple to just have one version of the dash that would work for all levels.
