Airbags appear intact, I'd say it'll be fixed at a cost of about $15k, well under write off value.

Last Black Friday I was t-boned and insurance put $22k into repairs and was willing to go to $29k before calling it a loss. Was valued at $43k at 2 years old and it’s just an BB. Initial inspection was $13k and that figure kept growing… it’s perfect now though.

Not likely totaled. Mine was worse and they fixed it. If the other person is at fault, make sure you go for diminished value. I used a 3rd party to assist and ultimately got a decent check for my Bronco being worth less now.

Sorry for the ignorance but what do you mean by diminished value? I am not super familiar with insurance terms because thankfully I haven't had the chance to use it

Diminished value has to do with your vehicle now being worth less than it was before it was damaged. Even if it repaired to like new, the record of having been in an accident will impact the value of the vehicle.

Mine was hit by someone similar to the OP but did more damage. Their insure ultimately paid me a sum of money to make up for the diminished value of my Bronco.

Your insurance company will make the determination if it’s a total. The other issue besides cost of repair is going to be the time it takes to obtain the parts. Insurance companies have totalled vehicles due to the lengthy time it takes to get parts.

I'm going to go against the crowd based on that front passenger tire.
It looks like it's sitting on a slant from bottom to top inward. Which could be a whole lot of brokenness that we're not seeing.
I'm not saying totalled, but I am saying, I think there's a lot more damage than a door and a quarter panel. So it very much depends on what it looks like underneath ... that's the picture we need to see.

Maybe the other driver couldn't see the Bronco, as the color was similar to the pavement. ;)

Sorry, gallows humor. Hope you get it sorted out without losing anything in the process.

My other car was recently repaired, and while no one else can see signs of repair, I can. It's sometimes never quite the same unfortunately.
