looking forward to the video. Wanna see if you if you did any mods to make it happen. That RV must be more than 2500
My 16BH is actually smaller and only 2450 (without propane and battery). The Grand Design is actually 19 feet long.

I was mistakenly under the impression that a 15BH would have been smaller than my 16BH from a different company. Must be a metric conversion issue.

I'm really curious to see your setup. I have the electric jack on my popup like your camper. I have a 8" extension to give it enough room from hitting my tire and rear camera. Just found out that the extensions reduce about 50% towing capacity. Plus my it causes the camper and bronco to not stay level.

The sight of your setup has piqued my interest. My popup, like yours, is equipped with an electrical jack. My tire and the back camera are safe since I added an 8-inch extension. Just discovered that the extensions cut towing capacity by nearly half. On top of that, it makes the camper and bronco tilt to one side.
Are you talking about you extended your tongue 8"? If that is the case then you should've reduced your tongue total wt by pushing at back. I don't understand your statement that you reduced your towing capacity and that your trailer and Bronco are leaning to one side. Something doesn't sound right.

In anticipation of the spare tire, I installed a removable tongue jack on my 6x12 Cargo conversion. I had my neighbor weld a 3/4” nut to the shaft of the jack so I can use an 18v drill to operate the jack.

A removable tongue will give me a touch longer tongue and less tongue weight.
