Here’s an image of the build I reserved. I figure I can resell it or not convert to an order. Heck, the ways things are going with Ford this may come first 😂 I do feel a bit of a lift and larger tires would add curb appeal and performance. Have been on safaris those old Defenders were extremely capable though as is (like this). More capable than I’ll ever need.

I haven't watched it, but from what I'm reading, it's nothing more than confirmation that the factory tires on the Defender don't grip well off-road?

That's not news.

I wish I had enough money to not mind subjecting my Defender and/or Bronco to this sort of jackassery.

I do think larger tires and a small lift would be beneficial and make it look better too.

That looks nice! Love that color and the steelies! How wide are the tires, think that may be what caught my eye.

285’s. It’s a fairly large vehicle though. Look a bit undersized due to that. Happens with Land Rovers and the G-Wagon often in my opinion.

Difference in tires. Stock Defender tires suck off-road.

I’ve been following the Ineos saga from the outset. Seems an interesting descendant of the real Defender, but the vagaries of dealer and parts support worries me, vague comments like “we can ship parts and mechanics to anywhere in the world “ notwithstanding.

Love the color, that’s a really nice build! Will hit the mark with the larger tires I think for sure.

I've said it before on another post, and I'll say it again...As far as Off-Roading. Is it a Defender, or a Pretender? :ROFLMAO: (y)

Proves to me Land Rover's designers have a better eye for design.

I want my 9:35 back….that was a waste of time but then again so are most YouTube posters…
I feel for you. I stopped after about 45 seconds... and I want those back, too.

Can we stop talking about the defender like it’s legitimate competition? It’s a vehicle for clout chasers who can’t afford a Range Rover Sport.

Gotta love watching 2 expensive vehicles get unnecessary wear and tear for some views.
