Not sure of the Clark reference, but yes. An unsuspecting officer driving by may see this and think it's real. A neighbor may also and call police. If police show up, they will likely advise against this type of prank. You do you, but that is just friendly advice.

That was a Cousin Eddie from National Lampoons Christmas Vacation reference. It was just a last minute Halloween gag that got a lot of laughs from Trick-or-Treaters. Our neighborhood really gets into Halloween. It was inspired by those Christmas decorations that have a dummy hanging from the roof with a ladder on the ground. I would’ve gotten more elaborate if I’d have thought of it sooner.
I'll go WAY out on a limb and assume since it was posted on HALLOWEEN, there were likely people hanging out and it was light hearted. I may be wrong.
