Trailer Sway control on all Broncos?

Anyone know if the trailer sway control is standard on all Broncos or only the ones equipped with the tow package from the factory?

I think a while ago it was figured out that it's there in them all but is only activated in certain ways. Either by the presence of the TT package or by having something plugged into the 7 pin maybe? I don't 100% recall.

It is disabled when you don't have the factory TT package but it appears that it can be enabled using Forscan.
