Yes! See you there! hopefully we will have our Bronco for that event.
Awesome. We'll be there. Saw you last year in Flagstaff (and bought Pak Rax for my wife's JLU Rubicon) and love your products. This year we're going to check out the new PNW venue and we'll be focusing on my soon-to-arrive Bronco!

We appreciate the kind words! We are excited to show off more of our new products! We will be bringing a lot of Bronco TSAM mounts to the booth as well.

From the pics there appears to be attachments at A pillars and upper windshield frame - they’re grayed out like the rack.

Yes! We took advantage of the pre-existing studs and “accessory ready” area on the Bronco. It is mounted to the A pillar/ windshield frame.

Best rack so far! Bravo I’m definitely getting one.
We appreciate the compliment. We have taken many inputs from end-users who have had a multitude of roof racks in the past and all compiled the pros and cons of each one to produce this rack that will offer a well-engineered product. Stay tuned as we test them soon!

As Promised, we wanted to show off our new roof rack that we plan to offer in conjunction or as an add-on to our Bronco Pak Rax!

After trying to work with the Ford Bronco OEM Roof Rack, we noticed a lot of inconsistency from Ford on their new OEM roof rack. While it is a great option from the factory for a roof rack, it did not offer the stability and strength we were looking for to work with. The housings for the most part are plastic which is fine for a roof rack that is rated to 150lbs roughly. We wanted to add more and give the end-user more confidence when carrying more weight especially since the Bronco is engineered for a faster-paced off-road experience. We also noticed the cost of what it would be per Pak Rax to make Ford's clamp system in metal for better stability and structure which means in turn we will lose customers due to the high price. We decided to take the original file and create a simplified version that still offers the strength and modularity our Pak Rax usually offers.
These are the attributes we focused on as we designed the roof rack and Pak Rax together for the Ford Bronco:
  • Higher weight capacity
  • Easy install
  • Wind deflector to minimize a ton of wind noise issues
  • Cutouts for high-performance Heretic Studio lights
  • All Aluminum construction to avoid any rust
  • Low profile to fit in garages and more
  • Offer the ability to remove the Hardtop panels

Pictured below is the 4 door model with Pak Rax:

Let us know your thoughts below! We will have both the 2 door and 4 door models displayed at Overland Expo West in May 2022 in Flagstaff!
I see you have a wind deflector as well. Justin B. McBride a Ford Ambassador and Overlander says the Ford roof rack, once a rooftop tent is installed, causes a very noisy wind tunnel and badly needs a Wind Deflector.

Yes! We have a solution for that and we are hoping it gets rid of any annoying wind noises.

That is a part of the windshield design and is working with the curvature of the windshield. we cannot get rid of that curve otherwise wind noise will be a huge issue...
