I have been lurking for many months here. Finally created an account so I could message @DealerInsider . Within a few hours i had my reservation switched to Chapman and after submitting my build to them got a confirmation from ford that my order has been recieved . Highly reccomend for anyone in NJ!

Shout out to Chapman Ford and Tom! I made my dealer switch after speaking with Tom and had my bronco ordered the following day. Really appreciate the dedication and help throughout the process.

Cannot express how much appreciation I have for Tom and his team at Chapman for helping me finally get my Badlands ordered! We've been talking for about 5 weeks as my 7/13 reservation had been "converted" w/o my permission by another dealer. Tom patiently led me through the process and yesterday the Ford CRC came through with the timestamp move.

Tom, Ashlie and April were great at communicating (a skill taken for granted too often) and made life simple. I've promised to try and NOT change my order (maybe except for color ). They are only about 25 miles from me, and I am looking forward to thanking them in person!
