Not a Bronco, but just picked up my wife’s new expedition from Tom and team today. Was in and out in 35 min (and that is with a trade). His team Steve, James, and Alex are top notch. Cant say enough about how easy the process was. Also, I had no idea how big the dealer is - definitely bigger than most in CT with significantly more inventory at this time.

You mentioned a sound bar. Do you have the JBL soundbar that is an accessory? If so, how does it sound and can you confirm it is wired to the head unit?

I didn't get a sound bar for the Bronco. I think I was just mentioning the jeep sound bar in comparison to the bronco sound system

lol...it was a generalized email to let everyone know if they are having issues with their orders at other dealers, Ford has an issue with the Job 2 conversion of orders...

So be careful when opening your tops. This top is so easy to open. My wife loves it. But you have to be careful I seem to have a habit of lifting it and kind of pushing it inwards at the same time. So it rubs the frame.

Yikes, looks like it took paint off. Can you ID the protruding part of the top that is rubbing and address it with rubber or something?

Maybe better to start the process by pushing up from inside?

It looks the put a thin piece of clear plastic on part of the frame but I haven’t lowered it to find the culprit yet.
Had a request for some interior I went and took some. Ignore the sand we knocked the new right off this vehicle! But the wife does already have an appointment for detail when we get home and I have to give her the keys back!
