Was sliding around underneath checking the skid plates for loose bolts last week and came across this. At the time, I had no drips on the floor of the garage so it seems like it started recently (the cast off looked fresh). The next day I had one/two drips in the pan I put down, and it's been averaging a drip or two each night since. No appointments available at the dealer until this morning and they said it's just the seal that needs to be replaced, no ETA on the part.

Saw something similar on @The Beaz 's thread, but curious if anyone else has experienced it as well.

I'm almost at 12,000 miles and had a June 30 production date. Build deets in signature.

Replacement seal finally came in this Monday. Scheduled an appointment and dropped it off yesterday morning. Got a call in the afternoon saying the seal was defective when they opened the box and they can't use it.

No second vehicle, the dealer isn't running their courtesy shuttle anymore, and no loaner vehicles so $50 in Uber later I pick up my Bronco that was not even touched.

Service manager felt bad about the situation, so while I was on my way in she "washed" it for me in their automatic out back. Nearly ripped my front license plate off! 😂

A new seal is on order again, with no ETA, but I'm still only at 1-2 drips per day. Fun day!

Well, while the service experience wasn't the best, they got the seal replaced on mine and I haven't had any issues since. Hope yours is a smooth fix.

Mine is currently at the dealer with the same issue. It also has the front differential seal leak that is on back order. 13,300 miles 2.7 10 speed.

Ford Bronco Transfer Case Output Shaft Seal Leak 20221029_190418
I was just adjusting the windows for the rattle issue and found this... looks like the rear seal to me but I will have the guys at work check it out next week. Looks like I'm not the only one

Yep, looks exactly the same. How many miles do you have now? A couple of us who had this problem started showing up around 10K. I just had my front drive shaft replaced at 17K from the new CSP/Recall too.

Just had this same leak repaired last week. Very slow leak that started sometime between my 10k and 15K oil change.

Went to inspect the driveshaft boot for the recent TSB and found the same leak at the transfer case seal. Having all of it looked at next week. I'm at 12k miles. Who knows how long it's been leaking. The skid plate is covered in oil.

Kinda surprised to see this still popping up and in '22s no less. I have about 10K miles on since my seal was replaced and haven't had any issues so far. Hope your repairs are painless.

I've found this problem on my '21 yesterday. I've got 13.9k miles. Looks to be coming from the rear output shaft seal. I noticed a line of oily residue on the fuel tank first. Basically it's getting on the drive shaft and throwing the fluid off in a big halo. Does not seem like its a TON of fluid as I don't have any puddles on the floor in the garage or in the T-case skid. Bringing it in to the dealer next week.
