After repeated people saying it’s not Ford etc. Ford assigned my Bronco to a carrier that services Virginia, not South Carolina. The carrier at that rail yard could not see my Bronco at all to schedule the transport. The Bronco would have sit indefinitely and I would have gotten repeated extensions to my delivery date. The Dealer and Ford Zone Manager found the issue and have spoken to the rail yard. They are waiting on Ford to reassign my Bronco to the correct carrier or release it to my dealer for pickup.
So, if your Bronco has been shipped and not made it to the dealer in two weeks or less, ignore anyone that disagrees and get on the phone. You might be stuck in the same boat.
