Tube bender finished. Another die on its way.

After a couple years of not having a tubing bender, I was finally able to replace it. Last week My brother and I fabbed up a mounting pedestal and mounted the hydraulic ram to it. I bought a 1 5/8 die with it (racecar stuff) and just ordered a 1.25 die for the small stuff. My first project is going to be to build the RTT mount in my off-road trailer, but am looking forward to front and rear bumpers on the FE, as well as better rock rails and my own roof rack/light bar.

Who else are planning their own custom parts for their Broncos and what are they?

I have the same JD2 bender, but built my own vertical mount with air over hydraulic ram. I def plan on building my own tube doors, and prob a roof rack/slider combo.

That Sammy tho!!! 87 Samurai was my first vehicle. Lots of fun times were had in that thing.

86 Samurai with a 1.6 8v engine swap. 4.88 gears and locked front and rear. 6.5:1 transfer case. YJ springs front and rear. 6 point roll cage with window bars and dash integrated into it. Power steering, front, rear and rock lights. Custom front and rear bumpers and 9500k winch. I have a turbo kit for it, but need to replace the valve seals first. The black samurai next to the bender is a work in progress: 1.9 VW Turbo Diesel, Toyota axles, ARBs front and rear, 6.5:1 tcase and YJ spring conversion as well. They are awesome on the trails.
