Everything on the forum about AZ seems to be just general Arizona. I searched for Tucson only threads, but didn't see any.

So I thought maybe I should start one dedicated to the Tucson area...

Well... Here it is.

Best thing about buying a Bronco, it might just be rugged enough to be able to handle the horribly unmaintained roads down in Tucson.
Absolutely!
Every day on my way to work I keep thinking that same thing!

Born & raised in Tucson (Sabino HS '81). Split in '82 to see the world via Uncle Sam's Canoe Club (US Navy). Come back to the Old Pueblo about once a year to visit old friends and family. Sorry to say, The place has gone rock bottom and don't plan on coming home to roost once I retire. Don't think much about the crap roads and Cartel City Council. At least Iron Horse BMW is still slugging it out down on Grant Road. Oh yeah, The Hogie House still rocks!

Went to UofA and family still mostly in AZ. Come home often. Heading down tomorrow actually. Will be driving the Bronco down for a road trip shortly after getting it I’m sure!

I always thought the Tucson roads were bad but after Seattle and Salt Lake City, I now think north Scottsdale where I grew up just had abnormally nice roads :p

Been in Vail since 2000. Talk about change, then it was a sleepy ranch town with a feed store and a post office. Now 10s of thousands of track homes spreading to the horizon where I used to shoot and ride my mules. But figure the Bronco will still be able to find some uncrowded off roads. If I can keep away from the side-by-side quads that ride in little convoys on all the dirt tracks I used to walk on with my dogs.

Stationed at DM 2012-16 and just moved back last summer! Never owned a vehicle like this before so I'm excited to explore more of Tucson and get off the road. Registered for the 24 May event - super excited! Looking forward to seeing Bronco on the streets here.
