Never heard about or have seen these. Is this legit? Do the 2.7L Broncos have these? If so, obviously should be removed. If nothing else, they would block flow.

These typically do not just quiet the air noise as it heads into the turbo, but it also helps create a vortice in flow to increase turbo efficiency (ie responce time).

I have answered so many pf these questions on Ford Raptor forum. THESE ARE NOT SILENCERS, BUT THEY PUT THEIR TO HELP AIR FLOW TO THE TURBOS.

What?! You mean we shouldn't just listen to some random TikTok video on the internet for all our knowledge?!?!

*rummages around in trash can to find the "turbo silencers" he just threw out*

You only need one lug nut to hold on your tires as well, the other 5 are just wheel silencers.

Same with your windows; they're just wind silencers.

Most people don't realize you can remove your hood as its just an engine silencer.

Without reliable source from Ford I'm not believing anyone lol.

Why would Ford spend the extra money in production just to muffle the turbo noise? (If there is any)
That is the opposite of being cheap lmao
