Glad you got it resolved so quickly. It took my dealer 2-days to disable the dealer added alarm, which was causing my issue as well.Resolved! Apparently the alarm system defaults to some "dealer mode" that auto locks after like 30 seconds, which they never appropriately cleared out for me. I called Southwest Dealer Services at (800) 960-5277 and they had me download an app and I was able to reset things. I found them to be very helpful.
