Per Bronco website, the estimated weight of the 2 door with 2.3 and manual is 4,330 (rounded) and with automatic (4,970 rounded).

Why nearly 650 pounds added when Mustang 2.3 adds less than 100 pounds to go 10 speed auto (same trans)?

Is this an error on Bronco specs or did they shroud the trans in lead? Makes me want to go manual if it's really a 640lb turd wedged between the seats for auto.

You're reading it wrong.

4339 is the auto weight for the 2 door.

The 2 weights on the right are 4 door weights.

Just watched a Scotty Kilmer YouTube video and he said stay away from the 4cylinder turbo eco at all cost and get the 6cyclinder turbo he said he Had a lot of customers or knows of people that had issues with the eco 4 . He also stated you don’t want a small engine in a big vehicle like the bronco.

A video of his suggested on my youtube feed today was titled, "Why I only buy Toyotas," so I really don't care what he thinks.

Link for the lazy

Hah, I just watched some of that one. He talks about the Bronco engines for not even a minute and a half of that video. The rest is like his other videos lately, just rambling Q&A.

Scott's greatest passion is clicks.
How does him recommending the 6 cylinder over the 4 for a car the size of the Bronco get him more clicks exactly? Not defending him but it seems to me like bronco6g members have more reason to have a biased opinion than Scotty Kilmer.
