We have a thread for wheels. We have one for tire size. How about a thread for tire type/model/brand...

I've got copper stt pro on my current offroader and they are great, also not too expensive. I think that's what I want on the bronco...

They look aggressive and do great in the mud and snow.

I'll run the OEM tires in the summer until they wear out. Presumably KO2s. After that I'll replace with whatever A/T tire is lightest in the size. I think currently the General Grabber or Kumho AT51 are the winners there but it varies from size to size.

I'll also probably pick up a set of studded Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT3s for the winter. They come in all the way up to Raptor sizes and give you insane grip on ice. A/T tires are ok in the winter, these are another level.

I'd like to have an AT tire as option on the non-super-expensive off road models. Something mild like a Yokohama Geolandar G015 would be fine.

I really want a set of highway tires like Michelin LTXs or Defenders for normal day to day and something like BFGoodrich KM2s for denting the undercarriage. Most importantly, I want a fricken TPMS system I can swap wheels and sensors on without having to marry the new sensors to the vehicle. On my jeep, I can put on another set of wheels with compatible TPMS sensors and the jeep wrangler sees them and learns their location by rotation and driving in about five minutes. One of the few things jeep/fiat did right on the wrangler.

Every time I see wheels like that now, all I can think of is StreetSpeed717 intentionally curb rashing a wheel with Whistlin' Diesel. lol

If you don't know what I'm talking about, go to time mark 8:02

wth did I just watch where these 18 year old kids are driving brand new 80k trucks with another 20+ in mods and purposely fucking them up and I'm a 37yo engineer trying to keep my 15 year old 250 just running (and not very successfully I might add)...

I have BFG All Terrain KO2s on my F-150. Have been very happy with the traction and tread wear. Would buy again. The KO2s look more aggressive than the old style and that's what kinda sold me on them. Had run Goodyear Duratracs prior to that. Very a happy with the duratrac traction and wear also. They did look a little more aggressive than the BFGs. So I would be happy with either of those two choices from the factory.
