Seeing how I have a legally binding contract, a great attorney, and the ability to go scorched earth on social media including this forum I think I have more leverage than you realize.

This is a warning to anyone that thinks they are going to just walk in and sign the papers come delivery. Dealers are scum and you can expect to renegotiate any prior agreement.
I hope your attorney gets their fees as part of the settlement if you win, otherwise it’ll be cheaper to just pay the MSRP. Invoice to MSRP on my Badlands order was around $1400, so X plan adds up to about $2800 off MSRP net. If your dealer decides to play hardball and just sells your order out from under you, your recourse will be to wait for another at the X plan price. Meanwhile they made their $10K ADM on yours and laugh all the way to the bank and deliver you another truck in 6 months for the discounted price. I understand you’re upset at paying extra, who wouldn’t be…but I don’t think most here will go scorched earth with the Google reviews over someone not getting x-plan (that Ford isn’t offering), we save that for the ADM on orders stories.

Your best bet is to make an appointment to speak with the GM directly and show him the paperwork he signed previously. He may not even know what his lackeys are up to.

Many of us have our orders in at a dealer with a discounted price.... Would be nice to know which one backed out?

Oh, don’t worry, if they don’t come through you and everyone else will definitely know. It’s not over yet. I’m taking delivery next week and will hash it out in person.

Soooo, no big surprise here but my dealer is trying to back track on the X plan deal we made when I placed the order back in March. I knew at the time I placed the order that Ford was not honoring X plan but the Specialist I worked with assured me they would honor that price if I moved my reservation to them.

It’s not my first rodeo so I made sure to get that offer in writing and had the GM sign off on it before placing the order.

Fast forward 9 months and I’m finally ready to take delivery (night 1 res holder). Dealer now claims that Ford, at the time, was honoring X plan but they no longer are so all he can do is MSRP. None of that is true but here we are. I’m going to discuss with them in person and will keep their name out of it until I get a resolution.

Curious if anyone was able to successfully get X plan level price or if they have had a similar experience.
My dealer was one of the locations honoring X-Plan when I reserved. When it was time to convert to an order in March 2021, they straight up advised me that Ford wasn't doing x-plan for the Bronco but they would not sell over MSRP.

Nobody is honoring x-plan, they’re just giving you a discount. Even if they tell you to bring in your pin, they’re not submitting it to anyone, they don’t get any reimbursement from Ford.

I did get “Xplan” type pricing. I have purchased several vehicles from same dealer so maybe that came into play? Not sure, but I have heard that others got similar pricing - these were all early (day 1) reservations. Have not heard of later reservations getting any deals. Except ADM deals 🤪

I also had a signed purchase agreement with an x-plan pin listed on it. That was from when I converted my reservation to an order the first time. I already knew Ford wasn’t accepting x-plan on Broncos, I’m not sure if my dealer knew that or not. They said they tried to submit my PIN number when I made my purchase, but that Ford wouldn’t accept it. I wasn’t surprised at all, and paid MSRP because I didn’t think it was worth throwing a fit over it.
