Has anyone seen underside photos of the Bronco's skid plates showing the amount of protection they provide?

There are a few videos from KoH where vloggers did a walk around of the chassis and you can clearly see (painted in bright red) everything the skid plates cover.

Here you go, zoom in and you can see the thickness is 12 or 13 gauge steel, about .093 to .109 inches thick. These maybe early ones, after Rubicon and Moab testing Ford was supposed to have beefed them up.

Cheap AND easy eh?
Think the Badlands has some extra armor, so while the bash plate up front protects the intercooler, radiator, etc, but there's a plate over the tank and shaft in middle also I think.
Hopefully someone who's seen one in person and got on the ground can chime in and make more since of this.
Would love to upgrade my plate one day to unpainted steel to make the front look more aggressive.

Yeah Philly, that thread and those pics are what made you famous around here!Took these a while ago of the Cyber Orange Badlands two-door and posted here. Maybe these will help give you a better idea on what is covered, but it’s till preproduction so things may have changed a bit.

I don’t remember how long I hung around that Bronco, but it was at least an hour (maybe even two). I can’t wait for everyone who hasn’t seen them in person yet to get the chance. They are awesome!
No offense- the lower the gauge the higher the thickness-Here you go, zoom in and you can see the thickness is 12 or 13 gauge steel, about .093 to .109 inches thick. These maybe early ones, after Rubicon and Moab testing Ford was supposed to have beefed them up.
Ex. 12 ga vs 13 ga cold rolled so: .1046 vs .0897
