Uneven front center hardtop brackets. ‘23 4 door

Took delivery of an April build 4 door softtop in May.

Noticed the front center hardtop brackets are significantly uneven while attempting to install a Mountains2Metal Squatch basket. The passenger side bracket is ~1 inch higher than the drivers side.


has anyone else had experience with this issue?

Mine were pretty uneven but it’s fairly easy to fix. Just gotta undo the visor clips on each side and then pop whole panel down in the middle. Then you just loosen those brackets and adjust. It will be a lot of trial and error with making sure the panels still go on and off easily.

There’s a workshop manual/guide out there somewhere that details the whole process.
