Glad to hear for PA Bronco residents!

I suspect the Side Mirrors being required is also addressed?

I don't think they really need to address that separately in a doors off bill, It's already a federal requirement to have at least 2 mirrors, and almost certainly addressed in the PA state Inspection program.

You can get cited for driving a Toyota Corolla with no side mirrors ;)

I can’t wait to see the onslaught of posts from the fine folks of Pa informing us of their damaged doors, chipped paint, and dashboard alarms from the now legal removal of their doors.

Senate bill 298 was signed into law yesterday! It’s now legal to drive doorless in PA.
Technically legal in 60 days. Was posted last week in the PA section that all it needed was the Govs signature.

I misheard what the new PA law allowed - I thought it allowed me to drive "drawerless". Anyway, the PA Trooper was not very understanding. :teehee:

Well, yeah, because the law didn't go into effect until 9/13/24 ;)

BTW, I posted in a thread here the letter my mechanic showed me at inspection, but technically the doors need to be on for inspection. Also note that this applies only to vehicles that have doors designed to be removed, sorry XJ owners ;)
