Communication was made with Mike Levin of Ford in June about the Raptor order and issues with the dealership.

So sick of these greedy dealerships stealing orders.
When will this end!!! How many complaints before ford stops this madness?!

Called an attorney and they were disgusted and suggested the state’s attorney’s office and calling the local investigative news crew.

Even the dealer could update for what ever happened if it was in fact for the customer's benefit.

If the dealer doesn't update (maybe customer can't), it is not in their favor. That is unfair to the dealer and making them guilty until proven innocent, but in the litigious society we are in, those that have more silence those with less.

My bet is that it wasn't sold from under them and the one that came in was like the one they ordered but not theirs and they went full Karen... not one to speculate but since the OP is silent... minds will wander.
