Update: Resolved: Dealership Stole & Sold Braptor reservation $40k over msrp

Have to say, I bought my Badlands from Ron Tirapelli and overall, it was a mostly good experience. There is one individual named Ken(Cen?) who is a jackass that I dealt with briefly, but everyone else was great and we walked away paying the orriginal price protected MSRP and a great deal on our traded in 4runner. I brought my signed deal in when we took delivery and they didn't even ask to see it while honoring the orriginal deal. Our orriginal salesman stepped back in after our run in with Ken and we had it in our possession before I even had the "your Bronco is built" email with the assembly line photo. Overall I think there is a lot more to this story.

Sure they will. They'll order another one using the buyer's reservation or another method that gets them an allocation, then just do the same thing all over again. This is not going to go the way you think it is, but good luck.
