just an observation with a low number of orders delivered to granger so far and 45 for this coming month it looks like the flood gates have opened with non mic orders, i assume i will be getting mine by the end of the month, i am a badlands loaded order and a good portion have been similar orders

If hardtop models get scheduled I am reading between the lines to mean 1 of 2 things...well I guess 3.

1. Ford is very confident hard tops will be not just in production but on the well on the way to clearing the backlog by Oct.
2. This "preview" based on parts availability is not tied to reality.

3. some combo of the two above.

Previewing is a possibility of what MIGHT schedule. If it actually schedules on Thursday, it will schedule with a VIN.

You have a better grasp of the English language than me. This is correct.

Previewing means Ford is checking to see if they have the parts to build said vehicle. If they do, it will receive a VIN the very next Thursday. If they don’t the preview goes away and that vehicle doesn’t get a VIN.

Yeah, I must be going crazy today. I said VIN but meant build estimate email. Lol Thanks for clarifying.

Not if you had a VIN prior to the Friday the 13th email.

That is correct. If you already have a VIN it has already been scheduled at least once. Previewing first and subsequently scheduling is when a VIN is created

I've given up guessing at this point. If I was betting, I'd say no. But we don't know our final month allocation yet.

I have my FE with at Granger still waiting on scheduling. Does that mean I won’t know date for another month or so? Also it is my birthday so feel free to lie to me to make me feel better.

That is correct, but you can be moved to another date. What I was referring to was the fact that all 2 doors (except FE) without a VIN prior to 8-13, would automatically be a MY 2022.
