Just picked mine up on Saturday. There's a sticker inside that says this top was built on 07 October. I feel like I'm getting excessive wind noise as well, but no leaks that I've seen. I haven't pulled the top pieces off yet, but I think I will tomorrow!
That’s not acceptable fit and finish.

Well... I officially joined the club tonight after work! After sitting on a level surface for about 3 hours of consistent rain, I climbed in the Bronco and was greeted with this.... Getting my first oil change at 1400 miles with the dealer on Saturday and will be reporting the latest developments!

They have to know the mic 2.0 tops are no good but why are they refusing to speak or address this to us customers

Because they don’t care. The Bronco is a cash cow right now. They can’t make enough to fill demand. They are just going to keep cranking them out.

So..my thought is they are going to crank out these crappy tops and eventually replace them all in 2023ish, but my question is...what do we do in the meantime while our interior gets ruined by water? I live in Buffalo and we get constant rain and snow, and I'm really worried about how my hard top is going to hold up. Unfortunately my garage is too small for the bronco as well...

They aren't going to say anything until they have some kind of positive response to the issue (if they ever have one).

Right now all they could say is "Yeah we know the tops are kinda crappy, but we're gonna keep selling them because there's no Plan B and it's not like we're gonna stop production again."

When I look at new Wranglers with painted hardtops, I keep asking myself, why the hell can’t Ford do that? This ain’t rocket science. Make a fucking top that doesn’t leak and take my money!

UPDATE 2:
TSB 21-0002 was installed and has been working great. It significantly reduced interior wind noise and water accumulation.

I know it's a problem, and it needs to be fixed by Ford. But if I had a leaky seam, instead of shoving a rag up there to absorb the water after the fact, or buying a bunch of stuff off of Amazon and making a "bra" to put on while parked.... I would just get some tape that comes as close to the color as possible and take the outside of the seam.

I know it's a big ghetto but it'll prevent the water from getting inside and ruining anything until your warranty appointment.

This is the top of my 2DR. I have quite a bit of wind noise when traveling at speed. I think its just the shape of the Bronco more than anything. I was driving with front panels removed and the windows up over the weekend. I heard the same whistling sound the entire time, just a bit louder.
Do you have a roof rack?

Wasn't there an issue with mirror housings causing whistling?

Friendly reminder:

Remove the driver’s side panel first.

Replace the passenger side panel first.
