Looks like the 2025 tube step bars have taller end caps and a different shape that seems to hide the pinch weld area better. Not sure if these extend further width or length-wise than the 2021-2024 tube step bars but I'm really interested in swapping my current ones out for something that covers the pinch weld area and protects the sides from stones.

From that angle, you can’t see if it’s covering the pinch weld. Rock rails are fine for me.But I’m 6’8”. Passengers have to figure out their own way to get in. :)

Here's some better photos. The entire tube step has a lip around 3/4 of the sides, which looks like it covers the pinch weld now.

I prefer the older style and just to raise them to hide the pinch weld while also serving the purpose to catch the rocks/gravel from getting kicked up on the side.
Same ... I don't like that new style at all but maybe they're better in person.

I’m using the factory trail armor rocker panel covers which looks great. There is still the gap between the running board and the fenders. I thought about raising the running boards like others. Aside from raising the step up higher which I would prefer not to it still leaves a gap large enough to let rocks through. Even these redesigned boards either lip still leaves a gap. I do like the lip even though it’s not as sleek looking. If they weren’t super expensive I’d like to get them so I could lose the plastic mudflaps.

What would be great is a retro fitted end cap that looks like these for the older style boards.

Looks pretty nice. Now what are they charging? Laying bets it's more than Rhino's.

For whatever reason, the pinchwelds don’t really bother me. I had thought about covering them since everyone seems to hate them, but they just don’t bug me being body colored.
