It looks like the rear hoop is rubbing on the top. Is that correct?

It’ll sit on top. Everything will be deburred and powdercoated to limit issues. We’re also looking to add U-channel trim to stop any friction. Thanks.

Will the wind deflector fit more closely to the Bronco in the production model?

the wind deflector actually fits extremely well. It’s at 24 degrees while the windshield is at 27.

we had to be mindful of spacing since it also works as a lightbar mount, so we didn’t want to run so tight. We are including/installing rubber U-Channels to keep it from the possibility of rubbing.

I mean the curve above the window.

Having a wind deflector in the front is crucial for the Broncos for both tops, but the soft tops will gain most from it.
Having anything mounted on the racks will create a wind funnel and noise levels will be unbearable.
So far, the sketches look great. Can't wait to see what it becomes.

The curve above the window needs to be that way due to the curvature of the windshield frame. We attempted to go with a straight build on a different prototype and the angles were impossible.

We are now at the production stage. Wind noise is actually minimal and we’re still looking for ways to even make it better. Thanks.

I'd love to see your rack supportive enough to hold a second spare tire. Hadn't been able to view all 26 pages of this post. But I'm guessing that would be roughly 50-125lbs. And it has to sustain bumps (meaning Baja style racing  ).
