Looks great, I plan on installing the cursive bronco logo on my fenders as well. Did you just do the heat gun and fishing line trick to remove the badges? I've never done anything like that and wondering what the best way is. Yours came out great.
Yes, you got it. Comes off easy after heating with a hair dryer. I did experience a little more difficulty than others. I assume where mine was on Dirt Mountain, it baked out in the sun for 3 months.

internet win for the day. My wife worked for the police department and I work for the fire department. Guess who we have fun jokes about at the table. Yup, you guessed it. Zero benefit. Now, if you are trying to hide from the LPRs (license plate readers) all over town because you don’t want the police to know your driving path, by all means, cover it. Although, you would be amazed how many stolen vehicles are recovered with LPRs.
Amen brother on LPRs finding stolen cars or perps near the scene of the crime. It happens in Kane County, too!

Upgrades over the weekend....

1. Installed the Areoskin 1 hood accessory.
2. Swapped the factory antenna for a shorter rocket antenna.
3. Removed the Outer banks fender badges and relocated one to the back glass.
4. Added the Stephens Auto Center sticker on the other side to balance it out.
5. Installed Bronco Depot USA gloss black heritage fender badges.

Not pictured.

1. Installed Console Vault, swing gate table & black platinum door sills.

I don't notice a difference. It sounds the same, and picks up stations that I normally had issues with in other cars if that helps.

Check out my earlier post. I had the doors and top off this weekend and you can see them in the photos. They were easy to install and look nice. I would say they only cover about half of the sill when centered, so not the best protection.

Thanks for posting. Some nice little additions there. I also have an OB coming in A51, with the roast cloth seats. Your pictures of them in natural lighting are the best I've seen to date and reaffirm that color choice for me even more. Can't believe how under appreciated it is, especially given how well it compliments and accents so many of the Bronco body colors. Personally am not a fan of all black interiors. Just too dark and monotonous for me.

I used a hair dryer and my hands only. There are better ways to do it though. Some use fish line to cut the seal. If I wasn’t so impatient, I would have probably used the fishing line method. I pulled the badge from the top down and it kinda stretched it out a little bit. Remove the excess glue on the fender with soap/water and then rubbing alcohol before you stick anything back on the fender surface.

Apologies if this was already asked but have you noticed a difference in FM/AM XM reception? Thanks

Edit : I read that there wasn’t changes in the reception for you if not better reception since going stubby. Good to know!
It shouldn’t make a difference with the satellite radio. It uses a completely separate antenna mounted on the back top of the Bronco.
