Uber will be $50 each way. Then you have to follow the guide to the parking lot on-site. Then they shuttle you to the main area. They have WiFi and I had coverage on site so you will be able to request an Uber from there. But when I used to do Uber I don’t think I’d go up there. Pretty sketch for an Uber driver.
personally I’d rent a cheap car for the day. And you want to be there at 730 and you have to stand around and wait for them unto open the gate. Anywhere from 730-745. Then they lead you all to the parking area.
I rented a mustang for the weekend. Thought about doing alot of top down driving around Vegas when not at the Off-Roadeo. Should I reconsider my vehicle of choice because of the dirt road being pretty sketchy?

No your fine on that dirt road it’s flat
It’s just that most ubers and taxis won’t go down dirt roads bcuz of the dust

I would do the top down driving at night. Pretty sunny and hot thus wknd

Thanks @bigblueboing, I was a little bit worried reading posts about the road leading to the site. I'll be there the first weekend in October, I'm sure it'll still be hot but maybe cool off a little bit!?!?!

I thought I saw somewhere about getting a credit ($250?) toward the off-rodeo, but I haven't seen anything official about that. Does anyone know where that information is and how I might be able to apply it to a guest?

The gravel road is fine It's only 1.5 miles long to the main gate. The road inside the gate is worse but still a non issue. I had a brand new gutless Corola and it had no issues except needed a wash afterwards lol

I don’t know about a guest but if you buy merch they credit you later. I’m sure you just have to pay for the guest and they’ll reimburse the 250.

I’m pretty sure it’s in the fine print. Lol.

ask for the ride the lightning discount.
I can't tell if you're messing with me or not, haha. I couldn't find any email regarding the voucher. I see you're in LA - as am I. What dealer did you order through?

Sorry. I’m not messing with you. I saw it in an email somewhere and I mentioned it to the people there and they said you’ll get a credit in a few weeks.

I ordered through galpin in NOHO

I did it yesterday in a preview. It was awesome! Don't worry about the Temps, its low 90's up at Basecamp and very tolerable. The facility they put together is beautiful and the trails are technical which showcases all of the Bronco vehicle features quite well. The staff is very friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable. You will have a great time!

I’m scheduled for November so will my cousin and I have our own bronco to drive?
