Jeep people have been using "door carts" for awhile. Aftermarket makes them or you can make them yourself.

Here is my door cart, have a 2 door so made a smaller cart. PVC with pipe insulation and electrical tape. Works great.

confirmed two things:

1) no oven rack like system where the doors slide in for safe storage

2) the doors will def not fit back there with the sliding tail gate accessory

As someone else pointed out already, the debut one showed all 4 in there with the tailgate, FWIW.

Huh, in every pic I've seen and this video they have the back section of the roof removed when storing the doors back there. I wonder if the roof HAS TO be removed to store the doors in the back, or if you can fit them with the roof on.

I think the answer is much more simple than that - much easier to show them being put in back and/or stored in back (in a static image) from different camera angles without the roof on.

Rear camera should project into interior rear view mirror like on the new Land Rover Defender or opt for the lane change warning, because your view out the back has become obstructed.
