I find this video fascinating. Every crease, hole, and weld is there for a reason. And then an assembly plant has to build it, the same way every time, with no variance. I think we forget what a huge project this is. Two sized vehicles, 2 engines, 2 transmissions, 2 transfer cases, 8 different tires, 12 different interiors, 2 different screens (Wiring harness engineer dies here...) 3 tops (So far) etc etc. And how much it means to Ford to get it right (Profit, etc). Glad I am retired and not the Chief Project Engineer.

How right you are. Sure, putting tires on and lug nuts is not hard. But somebody has to put all that wiring in and plug everything together. Zip ties in all the right spots to prevent rubbing, rattles or burn thru. It's very detailed. Let alone those that engineer it first. Thank goodness for computers these days to verify proper fit during engineering.
All great stuff so we can go play ?

Rotate!
Hard to tell, is that thing in the rear, I assume for the seats, bolted or welded in? Oh wait, is that just a piece laying in there and the rear is FLAT?

I’d be so tempted to “take” one of these tubs home with me. Maybe try to build my own Bronco. Then, 10 years and about $65000 later and it still doesn’t run, I’d realize it was all a waste of time and now the body is outdated.?
