Do we know if these are squatch models ?

Quick cheat when wondering if something is squatched, look for the wider transition piece on the rear bumper to fill the gap to the wider fender flares that cover the wider 315s (35” tires).

(Obviously this is a quick and dirty, and doesn’t always mean it’s a full squatch, just that it has the wider flares typically found on the squatch)

Camera mics are real sensitive to those noises. They can pick up sounds you don’t even hear (or maybe notice is more appropriate).
I wouldn’t worry about it.

It’s not that the gray top looks bad by itself, it’s the contrast with all the other body plastics — they’re black plastic. Check out the B pillar vs hardtop. That’s three main colors (including the paint), which is too many.

I doubt they are to worried about it as these are just test mules as long as the mechanics hold up thats all that maters to them.

100 percent true this type of testing is going to sound a lot worse then it is .

For those complaining about the creaking and rattling, they aren’t being gentle on these. But I have also never been able to drive a vehicle in sand and not had the gritty stuff get all over and make noise. A simple pressure wash and it will all be quiet again.
