They have this for the 2021 Sport already I believe so it will be available for the 2/4 door any minute now. It just plugs right in to the OBD port.

im pretty sure with the f150 all you need is a trailer light tester plugged into the trailer plug so it thinks a trailer is hooked up.

I'm guessing this will work the same assuming you have the tow package. There are several ways around it.
