Oh, hell, my motorcycle sounds better. But regardless, I'll take 400ft lbs of torque even without cool sounds.

love the Bronco....but this sounds better
Sounds good for sure. But beyond that, it's a lot to spend for 70 lb-ft extra torque.

It needs a louder blow off valve and then it’ll sound like a tuner car

When I was riding inside a 2.7, the engine sounded surprisingly good IMO.

This ain't winning any awards in the sound department, but are we really buying the 2.7 for the factory sounds?
Nearest I can tell, people are buying the 2.7 because of
  1. number of cup holders
  2. better times at the drag strip
  3. So they don't have to pay attention while driving/can't drive a manual transmission.

There's been a lot of conflicting threads about the reasons people want the 2.7, but that is a succinct list.

However, on topic: EcoBoost motors seldom sound good and the Bronco won't be revved up much to try and attract members of the same or opposite sex. Still waiting for the first Ranger owner to put a glass pack on the exhaust, that will brighten my mood!

That's cause they pump in fake engine sounds. I mean if they're gonna do that let us have custom sounds. I'll take TIE fighter sounds

It's kinda the case with most turbo motors from the factory with an exhaust that's meant for street use. This is why my first order of business for my bronco when it arrives will be to swap in the Audi rs6 drivetrain and exhaust I posted above. it'll sound amazing, and all the chevy guys will be jealous. My local Ford service dept also told me that my truck will still be fully covered under warranty after I do all of these modifications, so I'm pretty stoked about that.

After that, we're cruising up to Minsk for chicks.

To be honest, I want the engine as quiet as possible. I don't care what it sounds like, and don't want to hear it.
