It only does it from the Driver side - almost sounds like its in the engine bay.

Yeah I think its fine. It sounds like some kind of servo. I thought it was related to the lights that come on.

Sounds like the high pressure fuel pumps priming and getting ready for it to start

I have had mine for over a week now and haven't heard that sound. You're talking about the high pitched creak right?

My 2017 Ford Focus RS does that same, nothing to worry about. I believe it is the HPFP as @Dubsesd stated

It’s the Flux Capacitor, haha. Probably nothing to worry about just an annoyance.

My 2020 F-150 5.0 also makes some electrical/pump-priming noise when I open the driver's door. Not exactly the same as this, but the same scenario, at least. I figure, it's under warranty, so in the words of my late, great father, "Run it 'till it stops."

Does the Bronco have a locking gas tank door? My Audi makes a similar sound (although not as long and loud) when I open/unlock my door.

HPFP priming, and the two clicks is the throttle body ratcheting back and forth to learn 0 offset and make sure it's not frozen.
