After watching, I can see how mistakes can be made. It doesn't seem like they have a lot of time with each Bronco. Thanks for posting it!
typically speaking, roughly 60 cars an hour, means each station gets 60seconds to complete their task, though sometimes one station might get 90 and the next gets 30.

they can run it slower, or put skips into the line to allow for some flexibility.

The process is designed so that every operation takes no more than 60seconds. its cool how vastly different cars are so similar at the basic level, plants are all designed in pretty much the same order.

If you are in dearborn sometime, you can tour the rouge factory where the F150 is built, its part of the henry ford museum, right next to the automobile hall of fame and greenfield village.

Im not sure if Id make a special trip just for that... but its a great way to spend 2 days on the way up to UP for some nature time. have a bite at fords garage around the corner and I suggest a tour of the edsel Ford house on the lake. That house and property is ridiculous, more impressive than henry fords house in dearborn.

It is an incredible feat of human ingenuity. However, it is also an incredibly short amount of time, and it really does explain how under tightened clamps etc get by during the process.
