This is an update to this thread, so feel free to merge them, but I thought this might warrant another thread. The service center told me to video startup issues, and as I thought it was related to the doors off, I took a video as I started my Bronco this morning with no doors. Here is the result (sorry for quality; had to email it to myself via text message as it was too big to send via gmail mobile):

My working hypothesis: It is an error related to the doors being off and/or a safety feature disabling lots of stuff and throwing lots of error messages telling idiots to buckle up.

Edit: It starts up just fine with the seatbelt buckled. And there are no residual effects other than I have to engage then disengage the parking brake to reset the "brake" light after the initial start with all the warnings.

Moral of the story: 1. Ford will fix the glitch. 2. Put your seatbelt on first with the doors off.

Might not be a glitch at all. It's how UTV's work...no start without seatbelt fastened.

Could be. But why not say that? Instead, a bunch of random warnings about the brake system?

From another thread... which basically proves that the Bronco is doing some computer magic related to the doors on/off... my Jeep never seemed to care about any of this.

Wow now that's a first! Did we know about this, that the door off feature is only for off-road use? WTF?

To the OP, do you have to hit okay on each one of those to move on to the next or does it do it on its own?

They are conveniently automatic lol.

And I imagine that sticker is for the lawyers.

I’m getting the same errors off and on, with all doors off.
A restart and parking brake off seems to fix it for now.

I got similar errors when I first take my doors off. I just reset brake and restart.

Same issue here, I get these errors whenever the truck is cold. Turning off and back on fixes the issue.

Dealer wanted to look at it, ford pretty much Said there is nothing they can do for now so hopefully as more issues get documented they’ll prioritize it.

Wonder if at some point the aftermarket will make something similar to a seatbelt sensor lockout clip on UTV's. A jumper plug to insert in each door jam socket fooling the system.
