NICE. It looks like they had room to make that gas tank about 6 to 8 gallons bigger!!! I wonder why they left it so small on the production models (16.9 gal on the 2 door... and 20.whatever on the 4 door)?
According to Ford's comparison sheets HERE, since this is a Badlands chassis, I'm guessing the red plates are what is considered the heavy duty bash plates, standard on Black Diamond, Badlands, and First Edition only. bash plates are available on other trims, but not necessarily the same ones, look at the third page of that link to see what they say is available on each trim. Are these plates standard on all models? only for offroad focused trims? Part of the sasquatch pack?
"Unique Badlands suspension with front stabilizer bar disconnect." ???Yea this confirms velocity blue for me.
Edit: In all seriousness, what is this piece that extends across the frame for the IFS?
That would be the swaybar.Yea this confirms velocity blue for me.

it not the best thing to do. A guy took his off his Fj for a trail and rear spring shot out.So, no rear swaybar ?.?.?. I might just take the rear swaybar off one of my 4Runners to test how it drives on mid-speed curves like highway off ramps.
