Great footage! I've been considering the Wolf system; it's gone to the top of the list! I was just in Colorado about a week before you. The colors were fantastic!! Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for sharing. Amazing how the vid never shows the true steepness of some of the descents, particularly on the Broken Arrow. Lots of beautiful scenery, but what impressed me the most was the three mtn bikers you passed on the way down to Telluride. That is one hell of a climb on a bike!

Man that thing is really nice! Super clear video, the rear camera sold me on it for sure. Would be awesome for when the soft top is down.

Does the mirror give any indication when you get close to filling up the sd card or does it just start looping without warning? I know with a 256 gb card it would take a good while to fill it but I would hate to overwrite something I wanted to save.

the Wolfbox would replace my gopro or sure.

It will record over video but I also have a 256 gb. If there is a trip that I want to save I just download it to my phone via wifi. I don't connect to any wifi other than the wolfbox itself. So it's basically transfering to my phone only. I do have to go to phone app settings on my android and disable android auto as it keeps overriding my wifi connection. I enable it after I'm finished
There is a setting to remind you to format the card which I think mine is set to 14 days. Rear camera is nice takes a little while to run the cables. If you have a softop you either have to mount it on the rear brake light or the factory backup cam. There are a few videos around to help with the install on youtube or on 6g. I hope this helps

I just purchased the 900g pro. For our Moab trip, we borrowed our son’s go pro and we were going to purchase one for our Colorado trip in August. How much recording time do you get on a 128 or 256 memory card? If it is significant, might be a possibility to go with Wolfbox exclusively? Thanks, great videos.

I have 3 memory cards a 256 and 2 128. I use the 256 for the longer off roads trips. And I can take the card out and put it in my laptop to better view and which sections I want to save when I view them. The most u can record are 3 minutes at a time. Then it records another 3 minutes and so on. I can take my time editing it if it's a long trip. I never ran out on my 256 card but I do turn it off on sections to limit what I have view when saving. I have a gopro as well and u can mount it on the dash where there is a attachment but I had to raise it up with a adapter. The only thing I don't like about the gopro is editing. It's alot harder for me to view and edit. It would also overheat and shutoff especially on higher resolutions and have to change to a second battery or run a cable to charge it while driving. You have to keep the battery access slot open while driving and charging. The gopro was nice because you can attach a handle and take it out of the car to record some great overlook and angels the dashcam can't get.
I hope this helps.

So can you edit the clips into a longer video? What editing software do you use for that? Sorry for the noob questions. I’m trying to figure out if this will work in place of the GoPro. Thanks.

I used Capcut app on my laptop. All the videos from my 3 videos were about 3 mins each and I used capcut to make them. Took a little while to learn a few hours to learn how as I never used caput before. You can add the cuts together and remove some and even speed up to video or slow it. I added music on youtube after I uploaded and cut it.
I took me awhile because it was my first ever attempt.
