Vin and Build date received but…

I promise I’m not complaining at all!

More nervous than anything, Day 2 early AM reservation. Almost everything I know so far is from this forum. My dealer has been absolutely useless so far, so I didn’t know if anyone here knew more than they did.

Well, if you’re not complying a little....you’re just not gonna fit in here. If I wasn’t whining about Ford or my shitty dealership I don’t think I’d have anything to say at all.

How worried should we be about the hard top shortage?

2.3 and 10 Speed

I received my Vin and build week of 6/28 via email on 4/22

I keep hearing about the shortage and would be totally willing to switch to soft top, however I know that with the delays my build us the possibility of getting delayed.

If we have an official build estimate is there any reason to worry?

Don’t panic if it slides a week or two, but if you have a vin, they’ve already allotted parts to your Bronco. Ford has said countless times that they’ll be stockpiling and building in batches.

If you have a vin, you should be fine as long as you don’t focus on the exact delivery date too much.

doesn't matter anyway. If you received your vin you can't make changes. You are stuck with what you got. The fact that you got a vin means it will be built, but that doesn't mean they won't push your date like they have already to others

I have my vin. And I’ve been pushed 4 times.
