Vinyl Grill Letter "R"

If you are planning to build a red "R" for your grill out of vinyl, I broke out the ol micrometer and found the size is 3.726 inches wide and 1.275 inches tall. Also the font is attached to this post. When added to your system, and you have the Cricut hardware and software, this font can be used with Cricut. I also shard my project via Cricut cloud.

I'm just trying to cut out Bronco on my Cricut so I can accent my grill. When I enlarge it to the size I need, I've had it crop corners on me, and distort some of the lines. I've tried cutting each letter out separately even. I'm using plain paper first, so I'm not wasting vinyl. Any thoughts?
