Have they tried to order those parts emergency? Ford is showing they are releasing them but only on emergency orders.

So really dumb question, but why cant something like a bolt or emissions tube be reused from the original engine. I assume Ford wants it crated back to them intact?
Not sure. But the dealership has to follow the Ford rulebook.

The bolts are probably torque-to-yield, so they can only be used once.
The gasket is a metal crush gasket for the turbo and can't be reused.
The emissions tube is plastic and probably got broken during inspection/removal.

Dealership said that the entire lot of replacement parts will be brand new.
I'm not sure what that means.

Normally, the engine is supplied as a bare long block (heads and block only). Sometimes you'll get a sealed long block that has all the pans, covers, and intake installed, it depends on the manufacturer. Everything else from the original engine is swapped over. But, I can't speak for the Bronco engines specifically.
Only once did I see a complete running new factory engine installed and that was a Porsche theft recovery where the engine was stolen out of a new car.

Would be cool to get a photo of the new motor as delivered to the dealer to see how complete it arrives.

Did you get her back? Mine blew yesterday and Iā€™m working through the 12 stages. Iā€™m hoping good news from you letā€™s me ā€œstay pumpedā€ as I wait, again, to have my Bronco.

Yep. I've got her back now.

It took about 8 weeks for the whole process.
