Want a Duck??

Today I was getting into my Jeep, a wonderful 2009 JK Unlimited Sahara, only 130K miles, almost in mint condition, no leaks, runs, or errors, and I found a little rubber duck on the running board by the drivers door. It has the number 7 on the bottom. I thought I remembered folks on this or maybe the other Bronco site telling the same story. What does this mean? We watched for someone tailing us home. Had the 50 cal mounted in the rear window just in case. See the picture for a view of the back window. Anyone thoughts?

I work with a guy who takes the world literally. He has learned that if someone says something that doesn't make sense, it is probably a joke, even if he doesn't understand why it is funny. It took him a long time to develop the ability to tell when someone wasn't telling the literal truth. I do wonder if life is harder or easier for him. Certainly has to be confusing at times.
